Installation of Ciena 6500, RLS shelves, Waveserver, and Infinera MTC/XTC/XTM platforms across data centers, head-ends, and amp-sites. Proven expertise in provisioning, configuration, optical fiber circuit installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

Advanced Experience

Years of experience as lead technician on multi-shelf optical node installations at Meta, Comcast, Google, Tata, and Summit data centers, among many other enterprise sites. Also highly proficient in cellular network site shelf installations, upgrades, and maintenance for AT&T, Verizon, and similar major carriers. Pre-installation site surveys and post-installation auditing are available upon request.

Credentials & Qualifications

Education & Certifications: Honor graduate from the NCTI Technical Institute of Colorado with a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Development. Fully certified in Ciena platforms and Infinera systems (specifically MTC, XTC, and XTM shelves), with completed training in Tester T2.5.

Additional Expertise

Custom PC and laptop builds, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair, alongside extensive experience in audio/video installations. Proven leadership track record training numerous technicians both on- and off-site, most of whom became highly proficient and successful within the industry.
